How it works

How your students practice English with Robin

Teachers set the plan, students call whenever they like, and every conversation turns into a summary for them and progress data for you.

A sample session

What a call with Robin sounds like

Two minutes with Laura, a B1 student. The markers under the waveform show when Robin follows the teacher's plan and when it steps in to correct.

WhatsApp voice call

Plan: client meetings · Balanced mode

Laura wants to get ready for her meetings. Robin sets the topic, works in "follow up," the phrase her teacher asked for, and fixes a verb tense without breaking the flow.

Four steps, nothing to install

Your school sets it up once. Students just need WhatsApp.

Step 1

The school sets it up

Upload your students and each teacher builds their plan: topics, phrases to practice and how much Robin corrects.

Step 2

The student calls

From their own WhatsApp, whenever it suits them. Robin steers the conversation toward the plan and works in the target phrases.

Step 3

The call is analyzed

A second agent goes through the conversation and notes the estimated level, mistakes and vocabulary used.

Step 4

Everyone gets what they need

The student gets a summary on WhatsApp and the teacher sees progress on their dashboard.

Three correction modes

The teacher picks the mode for each student based on their level and what they need to work on.

Free conversation

Robin doesn't interrupt. Students build fluency and get all their corrections at the end, in the summary.

Balanced

Robin flags what matters without breaking the flow.

Correct right away

For lower levels, or when the focus is grammar and vocabulary. Robin stops and corrects on the spot.

Teachers also decide whether students can switch modes mid-call, say, by asking Robin to stop interrupting.

Tracking

Each student's real level, call by call

As the student talks, a separate agent analyzes the conversation, estimates their level from A1 to C2 and logs their mistakes and the phrases they use.

Teachers see how much each student has spoken and how they're progressing, so they know which mistakes to tackle in class.

Weekly goal reminders

"You've got 20 of your 60 minutes left and two days to go. Want to chat?" Robin checks in before the week runs out.
